Which for me was the complete destruction of the entire system I had so far (in a very positive way, of course). Let's see how it works with some examples: I want to stop eating sweets ➡ I am becoming a person who eats healthily, I want to develop my business ➡ I am becoming a person who is enterprising and acts boldly, I want to start saving ➡ I am becoming a person who is financially independent, I want to start running ➡ I am becoming a physically active person. These examples are a bit of a simplification, but I hope you know what I mean. This allows me to change my perspective and forming new habits becomes a little easier because it connects them to who I want to become. For example: I want to develop my business ➡ I am becoming a person who is enterprising and acts boldly.
I see such people, I observe them, I check what Phone Number List they do, how they live and how they act to see what enabled them to achieve success (these are my signposts to establish an action plan - what I need to start doing to become a person who I want to be). Long before I achieve such results, I try to "step into these shoes" and in my head feel like the person I ultimately want to be (I also did this exercise with my coach and it helped me a lot, I recommend it). Then I break it down. For example, enterprising people: they speak loudly and with courage about what they do, they always find time for themselves and make it a priority, they have a set calendar and work according to it, delegate their tasks, they share knowledge with the world. Knowing this, I can establish my new habits: I meditate every morning, Once a week I devote an hour to learning financial management, I set a publication plan and share my knowledge, I employ an assistant and delegate tasks, etc.
I hope you now know what I mean And this is, of course, only an introduction, because in the subsequent parts of this book we will show you further rules to make your work with habits easier, namely: make it obvious make it attractive, make it easy make it satisfying. And at the end, it shows more advanced practices on how to put these new habits into practice. And at the same time, he not only says - it's like that, because that's just how it is, but explains certain mechanisms through which we have been operating as people and as a society for thousands of years. That's why I really recommend this book! I'm off to continue reading, because today is my reading day and I have another interesting book ahead of me - "Discover your Dharma" by Sahara Rose . What was the last perspective-changing book you read? Share it with me in a comment, I will be happy to read it and add it to my list PS Have you heard about OPEN THURSDAYS? It's my time to meet you.
